Missed bin collection

Important: Missed bin reporting deadline

You have one day only to report a missed bin. Missed bins must be reported after 6pm on yout collection day and no later than the end of the next working day. Late reports will not be accepted.

Reasons we may not have collected your bin

• It was not out by 7.30am, was in the wrong place, or was put out on the wrong collection day (check here)
• The bin was overloaded, too heavy, or had extra waste left beside it
• It contained items we do not accept
• You are not subscribed to the garden waste scheme (green bin), or a valid sticker was not displayed
• There was no clear access for the bin wagon (for example, parked cars may have blocked access)
• Severe weather prevented access (in which case we will return as soon as possible, and you do not need to report a missed bin)

Before submitting this form, thoroughly check the reasons listed above. If we find that any apply, your report will not be accepted. Only proceed if you are certain that none of the above occurred.
