New automated voice, text and email messaging service for Council Tax
Pendle Borough Council uses a new automated contact service to help remind residents about outstanding Council Tax payments.
If a payment becomes overdue, you may receive an automated phone call, text message, or email providing a reminder and directing you to the quickest way to make your payment. These reminders are designed to help residents stay up to date with their Council Tax and avoid further recovery action.
The messages will include clear information about your account and how to pay, including options to pay online or contact the Council if you need support.
Changes to online Council Tax accounts
The way you access your online Council Tax account has changed. If you already have an online account, you will need to set it up again on My Account.
