Green infrastructure strategy
As part of the evidence base for the Local Plan consultants LUC prepared the Pendle Green Infrastructure Strategy.
The strategy is based on information from three other evidence base documents:
The Green Infrastructure Strategy maps Pendle's green assets. It establishes a framework for their protection and enhancement through the planning system. It provides a way to analyse where green infrastructure is needed, helping to guide the allocation of development sites in the Local Plan.

Scoping report
The Green Infrastructure Strategy is based on an initial Scoping Report. This was subject to consultation with interested parties.
