PSPO - Alcohol Control
A new PSPO for Alcohol Control has been extended for three years and came into force on 20 October 2023. It will be reviewed in 2026.

The Order applies to town centres and some parks in Barnoldswick, Barrowford, Colne, Earby and Nelson.
The Order gives the Police the power to stop the consumption of alcohol in the restricted areas, and to seize the alcohol if they think their instructions won't be followed.
