Local Plan (Fifth Edition)

Site Selection

Call for sites

A call for sites invites landowners, agents, developers, and local communities to put forward land they believe could be suitable for future development.

This helps the council identify a portfolio of deliverable sites, which can be considered for allocation in the local plan.

To be considered deliverable a site must be currently available, offer a suitable location for the proposed development, and have a realistic prospect of being delivered within the plan period.
