Timetable
On 25 March 2026 new planning regulations, which change the way in which local plans are prepared came into force.
The regulations require Pendle Borough Council to publish a notice of intention to commence local plan preparation, in accordance with the new plan making system, by 30 June 2026 and to publish a Gateway 1 self-assessment by 31 October 2026.
