Authority's monitoring report
The Authority's Monitoring Report (AMR) presents the findings and analysis of a range of data collected to monitor the performance of the policies in the Local Plan.
The AMR now incorporates the monitoring of new housing, employment and retail land, which were previously published as separate documents. It also includes the five year housing land supply calculation and updates of the Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment (SHLAA) and Employment Land Review (ELR).
The findings from the AMR are used by planning officers when applying local plan policies to planning applications.
