Pitch bookings and fixtures
Pitch hire
You can hire pitches between August and May each year.
We send paperwork out for the forthcoming season in June or July (earlier for Cricket).
We try to meet your preferred options but in some cases teams may have to play at different venues and at different kick off times. Pitches are usually available, but you must be willing to be flexible.
Fixtures
For weekend games email parks@pendle.gov.uk by Tuesday afternoon so we can allocate pitches for the Saturday/Sunday games. We appreciate this may not always be possible, but if they are not sent to us by Thursday you may not get the booking..
Midweek games need to be sent to us by the previous Friday.

If you need to cancel a game over the weekend for any reason i.e lack of referee or lack of team members, please call the above number immediately to let us know so we can save an attendant a wasted trip.
Likewise if there is a problem on the day and a football attendant does not arrive to open the building, please call the above number and an operative can be quickly arranged.
Pitch inspections
Pitch inspections take place on Friday afternoons. Teams can check if games are on/off by following us on twitter @PendleBC or on our Facebook page. These are updated each Friday afternoon.
The results of the pitch inspections are displayed on notice boards at all football pitch sites once the inspections have been done.

Payment
Teams are invoiced at the end of each month and you can pay your invoices online. You need to make sure that your invoicing addresses are kept up to date.
