Kelbrook and Sough Neighbourhood Plan Referendum

In February 2022, Kelbrook and Sough Parish Council formally submitted its Neighbourhood Plan to Pendle Council.

There has been a public consultation and an independent examination, and the next stage is a Referendum.

The Referendum takes place on Thursday 27 October 2022.

Anyone registered to vote in the area covered by the Kelbrook and Sough Neighbourhood Plan can vote. The Referendum will ask the question:

  • Do you want Pendle Council to use the Neighbourhood Plan for Kelbrook and Sough to help to decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area?
