Important Information
- This search function should not be substituted for a formal Land Charges search
- Although we make every effort to keep the archive up to date it does not constitute the Part 1 Planning Register
Scaling of Plans
If printing plans from these pages, they will not necessarily be to the exact scale specified on the plans. We are encouraging our applicants and agents to supply plans in PDF format. PDF plans created in a recent version of Acrobat with the measuring function enabled will let anyone with Adobe Reader Version 9.4 onwards scale plans using the measuring tool.
Monitoring
The Council monitors the effectiveness of its development management service by sending out questionnaires to some of those that have made representations on planning applications. This is to help improve service delivery. The Council also holds a forum for planning agents every two years.
Copyright Warning
Documents that have been submitted to the Council to apply for planning permission are protected by Section 47 of the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988. They are made available to be viewed for consultation purposes only - copies must not be made without the permission of the applicant or their agent.
