Freedom of Information Requests
When looking at this information please be aware that:
- The yellow column represents the percentage of FOIR’s answers within 20 days for the year-to-date (i.e. the number for each quarter added together),
- The green column represents the historical data for the year-to-date (i.e. percentage of FOIR’s answered withing 20 days from the start of the year until the end of the specific quarter)
The Council takes transparency seriously and endeavours to answer all Freedom of Information Requests (FOIR’s) within the required 20 working days. To help drive high standards of performance the council monitors its FOIR response rates.
