Noise nuisance
Night time noise service
We are a partner in the Pennine Lancashire Night-time Noise Service. This service operates every Friday and Saturday night from 8pm until 3am.
To access the service you must first of all have formally reported your noise nuisance to us. Once you have done this you will be given the Night-time Noise Service contact number.
The on-call officer will attend and witness the noise nuisance so that we can take appropriate action. They won't approach premises where the noise is coming from. Their observations will be acted upon the following working day.

Noise Nuisance App
