An Area Action Plan (AAP) for the Bradley Priority Area of Nelson. The Bradley AAP is a Development Plan Document (DPD) and will form part of Pendle's new Local Plan.
The Core Strategy forms part of the Statutory Development Plan and is used in the determination of planning applications
