There are no landfill charges to pay so our costs for collecting recyclable materials are lower than for collecting non-recyclable commercial waste.
Collection of a 1100 litre bin costs £8.94, which is a saving of £566.84 a year compared to the non-recycling collection service (based on one empty a week) with no VAT to pay.
