Regularisation application form
This form should be used to request a regularisation certificate, where unauthorised building work has already been carried out.
A regularisation certificate shows that the building regulations requirements specified in the certificate have been complied with.
As part of the application you will be asked to upload the following:
· A plan of the unauthorised work
· A plan showing any additional work needed to be compliant with building regulations
When we have received the application we will investigate and will let you know what steps, if any, you need to take.
Please be prepared to allow us access to inspect the unauthorised work.
