Appointment times

Our trained officers can give advice, and treat a wide variety of pests.

We offer a competitively priced pest control service. Once you have completed this form, we will call you to book an appointment if required.

Rats and mice	£126 per course of treatment (initial visit, plus 2 re-visits) If 2 appointments are missed because we cannot gain access, then treatment will be considered to be finished. Any treatments after that will have a new treatment charge. A 50% discount is available for recipients of benefits Extra visits are charged at £40 each, or £20 each for recipients of benefits
Ants	£86 per visit Please note we only treat ants in the home.
Wasps	£61 per visit +£20 for each additional nest
Beetles, Cluster flies, Mites, Moths, Silverfish	£86 per visit
Cockroaches	£155 per treatment
Bed bugs	£208 for a 1 or 2 bedroom property, up to a maximum of three visits, £321 for a 3 bedroom property, £419 for a 4 bedroom property, £576 for a 5 bedroom property A 50% discount is available for recipients of benefits
Fleas	£100 per visit A 50% discount is available for recipients of benefits

We offer a discount for Rats, Mice, Bed bugs and Fleas.

The eligible benefits are:

Income support
Universal credit
Income based employment and support allowance, not contribution based (your benefit award letter will tell you which type you are receiving)
Guarantee pension credit
Housing benefit
Working Tax credit and/or Child tax credit as long as the income your entitlement is assessed on is less than £15860

You will need to provide the front page of your benefit award that clearly shows your full name, address and which benefit you are receiving.

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

We will deduct a £20 call out charge and a £10 admin fee from these refunds.

If you cancel an appointment before we have visited we will charge a £10 administration fee. We will refund the remaining amount.
