Request an Assisted Refuse-Recycling Collection
You can request an assisted collection if you are elderly, disabled, or physically unable to move your refuse or recycling bins to the front or back of your property.
This service is intended for residents who have no one else living with them who can help.
Conditions
- Requests are assessed on an individual basis to ensure assistance is provided where it is genuinely needed
- Bins will only be collected if they are at least half full
- Rubbish sacks may be provided if accessing your bin is difficult
