Site nomination form

We are looking for sites to help meet future development needs in Pendle.

Please complete the site nomination form to help us identify sites of over 0.25 hectares, which have the potential to be developed for housing, employment, retail, or community use.

These sites can include:

• Brownfield sites – previously developed land that could be put to a better use e.g. derelict sites or vacant buildings that could be redeveloped.
• Greenfield sites – land within, or on the edge of, a town or village that has not previously been developed.

You can also use the site nomination form to identify areas of land that are highly valued by residents or visitors to the area (e.g. for their ecological, biodiversity, historic or recreational value), where new development should be resisted, restricted, or required to meet higher design standards.

Before completing the form you are recommended to register with the Council website and sign in, as this will allow your progress to be saved.

If you chose not to register with the Council website, you can still complete the form, but for security reasons your session will time out after 15 minutes of inactivity.
