Data Protection Subject Access Request
Under the terms of the Data Protection Act 2018, you are entitled to ask Pendle Council for a copy of all the personal information we hold about you for the purposes of providing services to you.
The information you are entitled to receive from us includes a description of these purposes, recipients to whom the data is disclosed and sources of the data.
