Reward a person or organisation who you think has gone the extra mile in Pendle by nominating them for a Mayor's Commendation Award.
What do I need to complete the form?
You need to give us the details of the person you want to nominate and:
- tell us why you think they should receive an award
- tell us what benefits they have brought to the community
- upload 2 letters of endorsement from 2 supporters
The deadline for nominations is Thursday 16 January 2020
The event will take place on Thursday 20 February 2020.
