Register for a Pendle My Account on our website.
My Account can help you to:
- Request and track a range of council services
- Edit and complete saved forms
- Access campagns and marketing content
You will need a My Account to access these services:
- Council Tax
- Benefits
- Business Rates
To access these services you will also need to verify who you are and allow your My Account details to be shared with the council's other systems.

How to register for a My Account
- Select register link at the top of any page
- After providing your email address you will receieve an email link to the registration form
- The resgistration form requires, name, email, address and date of birth
Why can't I log in to my account?
Here are some of the most common reasons why you might not be able to log into your My Account:
- Our system cannot find an account registered to the email address you gave. Perhaps you have misspelled your email address, or you used a different email address when registering your account or you are using the email address for your old online account. Try again, making sure you are using the correct email address, correctly spelled.
- You haven’t registered for a My Account yet, you can register for a My Account.
I have forgotten my login details
If you can’t remember your login email address or password, choose ‘Problems signing in?’ and enter the email address that you think you would have used to set up a My Account.
If it is an email address that you used to register for a My Account, then you will receive an email to that email address containing a reset password link
If you don’t receive any emails, you can register again
