Pendle’s Virtual Assistant
We have telephone software to help customers and reduce waiting times. This software uses voice technology known as a Voice Bot.
Our Virtual Assistant listens to your question and attempts to answer it. It will also tell you when you can access this information on our website.
If you still need to speak to a customer services advisor, you can choose that option.
You have the option to use our Virtual Assistant if you are in a queue when the call line is about to close.
