What information do I need to give to be on the Register?

• Evidence of past experience in construction or development
• Evidence of your current financial position
• Confirmation of the size of your business and the number and type of employees and sub-contractors you have
• Details of your commitment to training opportunities
• A brief description of the aims of your business, for example your business plan, and growth targets
• Details of your use of local work force and supply chain etc
• Your Health and Safety and Equality policies

Email completed application forms to PendleDeveloper.Register@pendle.gov.uk. Alternatively, put your printed application form in an envelope marked 'Pendle Developer Register' and send it to:

What happens next?

Once we have received your application, we will check that you meet the eligibility criteria.

We will confirm when you have been entered onto the register.

We will send you further information on the proposed timescales for the release of sites.
