Further Clough Head
The Council received Outline Planning Permission in 2017 for up to 200 houses on the site.
The development of the site is now being taken forward by PEARL Together, a Joint Venture Partnership between Together Housing, Barnfield and Pendle Council.
In May 2020, Reserved Matters Planning Approval was granted for the first phases of the development. The development will have 98 houses and bungalows, including 40 affordable homes.
The Council has received funding from Homes England to construct a new access into the site from Marsden Hall Road. This work will start later in 2020 and development of the site will then follow on from this in early 2021.
