Bulky and DIY Waste Collections

If you have booked a bulky waste collection you can change the date or items to be collected. Changes can be made up to one day before they are collected.

1. Login or register for your account
   • You can create a new account with the name and email you used when you booked the bulky waste.
2. When you have logged in, look at 'cases'
3. Select the bulky waste collection you want to change. Change the date of collection or the items to be collected.
   • You can change a bulky waste collection up to one day before the collection day.
4. Our collection team will be told about the change.
