Change a bulky waste collection
If you have booked a bulky waste collection scheduled you can cancel, change the date or amend the items to be collected up to 24 hours before your collection date.
How to change your bulky waste collection
Step 1: Log in to your MyAccount
If you don’t already have a MyAccount, you can create one using the same name and email address you used when booking your bulky waste collection.
Step 2: Select your bulky waste case
Scroll down to My Cases and choose your bulky waste collection.
Step 3: Amend your booking
Choose from one of the available options to:
- cancel your collection
- change your collection date
- update the items you want collected
Step 4: Complete the form
After selecting an option, you’ll be directed to the form you need to make your amendments. When you complete it, our collection team will be automatically notified of the changes requested.
