Pendle Borough Council’s Executive is set to consider its Medium Term Financial Plan for 2027-30, which includes a strategy to achieve a balanced budget in 2027/28.
Work on the next phase of improvements to Colne town centre will begin in August, following the completion of a major upgrade to the bus station earlier this year.
