Club Premises Certificate
What happens after the advertisement of the application?
If all the requirements of the application are met, and there are no representations, we will grant the certificate, subject to any conditions which are consistent with the club operating schedule and any mandatory conditions.
If relevant representations are received, there is a hearing to consider the representations.
This may result in the rejection of the application, the exclusion of a qualifying club activity, or granting of the certificate, subject to various conditions. For example, we could attach a condition preventing the playing of amplified music after 11.00 pm for a qualifying club in a quiet residential area.
