Business Parking Permit
Businesses can buy a parking permit from us so they can park in short-stay car parks in Nelson and Colne for longer than the 2 hour limit.
Individuals can buy the permit if they work in Nelson or Colne. We limit businesses to two permits.
The permit does not guarantee a parking space. You must find an available space in a short stay car park. Once you have found a space you can stay all day, or leave and return without worrying about the no return limit.
The permits must be on display in the car when it is in the car park. The permit does not have the vehicle registration on so it can be used in more than one vehicle.
Price and apply for a permit
Permits cost £110 (including VAT) and last for 12 months.
