Notice of an application for review of the Premises Licence in respect of:-

UK Fried Chicken, 84 Manchester Road, Nelson BB9 7ND (PEN(N)0289)

The grounds for the review are as follows:-

Pendle Borough Council is concerned that, following informartion, the subsequent licensing objectives are not being promoted at the premises:

• prevention of crime and disorder
• public safety
• protection of children from harm

and that there is non-compliance with the premises licence conditions.

The application may be inspected at Pendle Borough Council, Town Hall, Market Street, Nelson BB9 7LG by appointment, Monday to Friday. To make an appointment, email licensing@pendle.gov.uk. 

Any “Other Person” or “Responsible Authority” may make representations in writing to the Council at the above address, regarding this application for Review before 9 April 2020.

Under section 158 Licensing Act 2003 it is an offence, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application and the maximum fine on being convicted of such is unlimited.
