Disruptions to bin collections because of the weather

Thank you for your continued patience as we visit uncollected bins due to snow and ice.

Please make sure your bins are left out from 7.30am.

This week we will carry out normal bin collections as well as:.

Thursday 16 January

• Catch up remaining blue bins (paper and cardboard) in zones 6, 9 and 10 (Brierfield, Reedley, Nelson)
• Thursday afternoon and Friday catch up grey bins for general waste in zone 2 (Barnoldswick)
• Thursday afternoon and Friday catch up grey bins for general waste zones 3, 4 and 5 (Laneshawbridge, Trawden, Colne and parts of Nelson)

Friday 16 January

• Catch up grey bins for general waste in zone 2 (Barnoldswick).
• Catch up grey bins for general waste zones 3, 4 and 5 (Laneshawbridge, Trawden, Colne and parts of Nelson)
• Normal bin collections resumed
• All bins to be returned to the property and not left out for collection

(You can find your zone by entering your post code in the bin collection day map or on the front of your bin collection calendar.)

We are asking residents to please bear with us. 
If you can manage until your next collection, please take your bin in.
