Assisted collections

• Request an assisted collection

We can provide additional help to you if you:

• are elderly
• have a confirmed mobility problem
• have no one else living in the house who can take the bins out for you

Conditions

• We might provide you with sacks for your rubbish, if it is difficult to get to your bin 
• We will only take your brown bin if it is at least half full
• We will assess each request individually to make sure that assistance is given only to people who genuinely need it
• We will only take your bin if it is at least half full
