Food Hygiene Re-rating
You can request a re-inspection if you have taken action to correct the issues identified in your original inspection. You will need to provide details of the improvements you have made. You can give us any supporting evidence if you have it.
The cost of a re-inspection is £164. If you haven't done enough for a re-inspection we will refund you, less a £15.00 admin charge.
You can request as many re-inspections as you want.
We will carry out the re-inspection within 3 months of your application.
You will then be given a food hygiene rating based on what we find at the time of the re-inspection. Remember, your new rating could go up, but it could also stay the same or even go down.
