New and improved My Account launched by Council

Pendle Borough Council has launched a new and improved My Account which means it’s now even easier to access the information you need.

The updated My Account is personalised to the individual user and brings together a wide range of Council services which can be accessed through a single account. Alice Hydes

 

And anyone who has a Council Tax, Benefits and Business Rates accounts can now link them and sign into your account once, rather than have separate login details.

Registering for a My Account also means you can book, request and track a range of Council services, providing you with an improved customer experience.

Councillor Asjad Mahmood, Leader of Pendle Borough Council, said: “We’re committed to improving our online services and want to make it as easy as possible for our residents and businesses to access the information and services you need.

“Whether you want to check your council tax balance, make a payment or report a missed bin – you can do it all in one place.

“You can also request a service like a bulky waste collection or pest control, track progress and make changes.”

Alice Hydes, Digital Customer Journey Lead, added: “We’re excited to launch our updated My Account which gives you the information you want in one place.

“If you don’t already have an account it takes just a couple of minutes to set one up.
