Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control - application for a permit

This regime is known as Local Authority Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control, LA-IPPC. Installations permitted under this regime are known as A2 installations. Use this form if you are sending application for a ‘Part A’ installation to a Local Authority under the Pollution Prevent and Control (England and Wales) Regulations 2000 (as amended) (“the PPC Regulations”).
