This option proposes dividing Lancashire into two unitary authorities, with populations of approximately 722,045 and 879,510.

 

This option proposes three unitary authorities, ranging from around 493,387 to 586,357 residents.

 

Scenario A of the four-unitary option, with populations between 348,381 and 520,563.

 

Scenario B of the four-unitary option, with populations between 201,508 and 565,968.

 

This option proposes five unitary authorities, ranging from 263,749 to 358,947 residents.
