North West Employers emerging talent interview

Ebony works for Pendle Borough Council. She was invited to take part in North West Employers’ podcast about attracting young people into Local Government jobs.

She was approached to take part in the podcast after winning the Shining Star Award at the Tri-Sector Challenge in June.
