An appeal by AJ’s in Barnoldswick against Pendle Borough Council’s decision to suspend its premises licence has been dismissed by Burnley Magistrates’ Court.
The transformation of Nelson town centre has reached another major milestone, with heavy machinery now on site at Pendle Rise as the demolition moves forward.
