David Walker, Pendle Borough Council's Assistant Director of Operational Services, added: “This is another successful prosecution that gives us the opportunity to show the wider community that we take environmental crime very seriously and our officers are working very hard to bring offenders to task – even those that do not live in Pendle!”

Councillor Zafar Ali, the Council’s Portfolio Holder for Environment and Climate Change, said: "This is yet another prosecution which demonstrates we will not tolerate fly-tipping in our borough!”
