Fantastic number of entries to Pendle Business Awards 2018!

The closing date for entries to Pendle Business awards 2018, one of Lancashire’s most prestigious events, has now passed.
The judges are reading through all 78 entries and will reveal their shortlist next Wednesday (25 April).
Those shortlisted will present their case for winning an award when the judges visit their premises in May.
The winners will be announced at the sixth Pendle Business Awards on Thursday 5 July at the Fence Gate Inn.
They will receive the coveted Pendle trophy, an elegant glass and metal sculpture inspired by Pendle Hill, designed and made by local company Merc Engineering.
Dennis Mendoros, OBE, DL, Chairman of Pendle Vision Board and President of Mendor Enterprises, said: “We’re fortunate in Pendle to have lots of dynamic companies at the cutting edge and world leaders in their field.
“Our local companies are key contributors to the success of Lancashire’s economy and we’re extremely proud to have them right here in Pendle.
“This is a fantastic way for us to celebrate them and get the message out that Pendle is the place to do business.”
Since it was launched in 2008, Pendle Business Awards is now firmly established as one of the most prestigious events in the Lancashire calendar.
The evening provides a unique opportunity for local companies and business professionals to come together to celebrate the depth and breadth of talent, achievements and contributions from across Pendle.

Award category sponsorship packages are priced at £1,750 plus VAT. This includes a table of 10 people at the event, logo on all publicity and marketing materials, bespoke video introduction of your company at the event and a presence in the Awards programme.
