Mayor of Pendle given a Gideon Bible

Eddie Bobrowski, Bible Secretary for Burnley, Pendle and Rossendale branch of the Gideons, handed over a Gideon Bible to His Worship the Mayor of Pendle, Councillor Nawaz Ahmed on Monday 16th May.
Eddie also met with Councillor Mohammed Iqbal, Leader of Pendle Council, who was one of his chemistry/science pupils when he taught at Colne Primet High School between 1972 and 1994.
Eddie explained about the distribution of Gideon Bibles around the world and gave copies to the Mayor for the Mayoresses.
