Pendle people invited to express condolences for attack victims.

Pendle people are invited to sign in books of condolence and express their sympathy for the victims of the Manchester terrorist attack and their families.
Leader of the Council, Councillor Mohammed Iqbal said:
“We have opened books of condolence at Nelson and Colne Town Halls, Brierfield Community Centre and Barnoldswick Civic Hall and we continue to fly the flags a half-mast as a sign of our respect.”
