Housing Delivery Action Plan
In 2017 the Government re-stated its commitment to build 300,000 new homes each year.
A new Housing Delivery Test was introduced in 2018. In areas where delivery is less than 95% of the expected figure, a Housing Delivery Action Plan must be prepared.
The results of the test were published on 19 February 2019. Pendle achieved a score of 73%.
In response we have prepared an Action Plan. This looks at why we have not delivered enough new homes. It also shows our commitment to respond positively to the challenge of increasing the supply of new housing in future years.
