Come and see Lancashire's largest surviving mill steam engine running.
We have a very special day coming up with our fourth steaming of 2016!
Come and see us this Sunday and witness:
- Lancashire's largest surviving steam mill engine running, a second steam engine under restoration (that has just reached a very exciting stage, with only the valve timing to go!)
- Regular guided tours (subject to available volunteers)
- A flaming antique boiler
- Gift shop
- Collection of model steam engines to view, with some hopefully in steam
To complete a very important steaming, we will welcome The Northern Morgan Sports Car Club who will have some exciting sports cars to view (and hear), as well as the Pendle Mountain Rescue Team who will be on hand to discuss their amazing, life-saving work and will be hosting a stall to raise vital funds.
There is disabled access, free parking, a tea room, the gift shop, a large collection of model steam engines and a fascinating historic cotton mill to explore. Dogs are welcome (on a lead).
