How To Tell Us Your Circumstances Have Changed
You must inform the Council within 21 days if your circumstances change which may affect the amount of Council tax you pay.
This could be someone moving into or leaving your address; someone who is now entitled or no longer entitled to a discount disregard, exemption or relief; or if you've moved address. Failure to inform the Council of any change which affects your council tax could make you liable for a financial penalty.

Benefits/Rebates
If you are in receipt of Council Tax/Housing Benefit, you should also contact the Benefits Section if any of your details have changed.
