Liberata Property Services manages, lets and disposes of Pendle Borough Council's property assets as part of a their working partnership.

From the links on this page you can download details (particulars) of individual council land and properties which are currently available within Pendle to let or for sale.

The downloadable details contain useful information about the property/land as well as on the method of letting or sale eg. set price/rent, offers invited. 

If you require more information than we have provided for a specific property or area of land on these pages then please contact the Surveyor named in the property/land details.

If you are calling outside normal office opening times (9am to 5pm) or you just want printed copies of the particulars to be sent to you then please call our "out of hours" answering service on 01282 878878. Leave a message and we will get back to you asap.

Property particulars are also usually available from Number One Market Street and Nelson and Colne Market.  If the particulars sheets are not available, please call the number above and we will send them to you by next post.
