Annual Monitoring Report (AMR) The Annual Monitoring Report assesses both the performance, and the effects of, the Local Development Framework. Annual monitoring provides a comprehensive evidence base against which LDF policy documents, and implementation mechanisms, can be assessed. The 3rd AMR covers the period 01/04/06 - 31/03/07 and therefore assesses the Adopted Local Plan and emerging Local Plan policies. AMR's will be produced annually and so future reports will focus on LDF policies as they are implemented. Complete Updated annually 3rd report published December 2007
