Recycling - general information: Outline
Each year we produce about 30,000 tonnes of rubbish just in the Pendle area. Nearly two thirds of household waste can be recycled and Pendle council have introduced new doorstep recycling schemes to make it as easy as possible for residents to recycle.
From your doorstep we can collect garden waste, cardboard, paper, plastic bottles and cans/tins.
Much more can be recycled at collection centres throughout Pendle.
