On street parking enforcement - penalty charges
Parking in any of Pendle's 50 council-run car parks is free. However, when using the short stay car parks you must display a disc showing your time of arrival.
You can pick up a free disc from nearby shops, Nelson or Colne Town Hall or Barnoldswick Council Shop. Alternatively, you can telephone the council on 01282 661661.
A Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) will be issued to any vehicle caught contravening parking regulations. The owner of the vehicle will be liable for a £60 charge. For further information visit http://www.parkwise.org.uk/
