Licence - dog breeding: Outline
Establishments used for the breeding of dogs are controlled by the Breeding of Dogs Act 1973 as amended by the Breeding and Sale of Dogs (Welfare) Act 1999. The act requires that a licence be obtained from the local authority. A fee of £59.60 is payable with each application.

A fee of £59.60 must be paid when an application is made. The licence and any subsequent licence will expire on the 31st December of the year the licence applies to.Availability
