Answering the Questions Investors Ask

ACE Centre, Cross Street, Nelson, BB9 7NH 5pm-5:45pm

This short taster workshop explores six core questions that, if answered well, provide a persuasive argument to convince
investors or funders to release their money and/or support.

Even if you are not currently seeking finance or third party investment to boost business growth, the topics we will guide
delegates through are all relevant to help you prepare a wellcrafted business plan.

We subscribe to the argument that business plans help organisational leaders and workforces understand their direction, stay focused and monitor progress against plan. There are many reasons leaders should consider the long term. However so many organisations are drawn into short term operational needs and lose sight of the big picture.

The workshop considers customer problem discovery, competitive advantage, niche markets and more that supports the development of a strong and coherent business model.

This is a fast paced seminar that includes a short presentation, table work by delegates and a sharing session.
